Pricing: All custom orders will be quoted and must be accepted by you, before the work begins. We strive to meticulously craft a piece that meets your specifications with the utmost attention to detail and quality. If you desire any of our products to be made in gold, it will be considered a custom order.

Custom orders may require pre-payment as determined by Elemental Antics. There are no returns or refunds on custom orders and all custom order sales are final. You may, if you wish, provide the materials for a custom order (gemstone, metal, etc). If there is remaining materials supplied by the customer, those materials will be returned to the customer with order.
